- H2 breath test: lactose H2 test, fructose H2 test, glucose H2 test
- Irritable bowel: rectal sensitivity measurement: RSM
- Colonic transit time: with pellets
- Gastrointestinal permeability test: SLM test
- Gastrointestinal absorption test: Xylose test
- Intestinal inflammation: Fecal calprotectin
- Antibodies in Crohn's disease: ASCA
- DD Infection-CED: CD64 Expression
- Azathioprine therapy (or 6-methylmercaptopurine): 6-thioguanine levels
Planned:
- Citrulline in plasma for malabsorption
- Bile acids in stool for bile acid malabsorption
- Golimumab level in serum
- Vedolizumab level in serum
